Where are you based?

We’re based in the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?

Your order will usually take 2-3 days to dispatch although a lot of orders are dispatched the same day. During busy periods (ie. the run up to Christmas) orders could take a little longer.

Orders are sent via either DPD, Royal Mail or another courier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal, which provides and extra layer of security for you. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay via Visa/Mastercard.

We do not have access to, or store any of your credit card details, the transaction is completed on PayPal’s own website.

Change I change some games?
Of course. If you want different games to what is in our games list (PSX, PSP, Dreamcast) we can customise your console for you. Just get in touch via e-mail or Facebook (

Please note that it might take a extra week, or more during busy periods for customised orders. There will be a cost involved for customisations. If it’s just a few swaps this starts at £10 extra.

What TV does this work with?
Our consoles all connect via HDMI, so any modern TV with a HDMI cable will work.
Do you need an internet connection?
No, an internet connection is optional for our consoles.
